The following are the most common logon problems, or events that result in you returning to the logon page.

Incorrect username/password.

1 - Logon for username "XXX" was invalid.

Check to ensure that the username and password you have entered are correct and that Caps Lock was not accidentally left on.

Cannot get past login page.

2 - You are certain that your username and password are correct, but you keep getting the logon page with "You must logon before using the system."

Check to ensure that you have cookies enabled on your browser and that you do not have any cookie filtering software running on your computer that blocks cookies from jurisdictiononline.com
We use cookies to maintain security information for each session. The type of cookie that we use is called a "Session Cookie". It exists only while your browser is open, and does not write or read anything to disk.

Taken unexpectedly to login page.

3 - Instead of going to the page you expect, you are taken back to the login page with the following message: "Your session is no longer active, you must log in again to use the system."

In this case, the system has automatically logged you out because your session was inactive for at least 60 minutes.

4 - You try to access a page you had bookmarked, but instead are taken to the logon page with the following message: "You must log in before using the system."

For security reasons, the system requires that you log on before accessing any pages. If you have not logged in when trying to hit a page, e.g. one that you have bookmarked, you must first log in before you will be allowed to access the page.
